President - Nate Brodsky
Chapter Affiliation - Acacia
The President oversees all operations of the Interfraternity Council Executive Board, and supervises the entire IFC community.
Nate Brodsky is a Junior from Fairfax County, VA and is pursuing a degree in Marketing. Prior to serving as the IFC President, Nate served as the president of his chapter and as a member of the IFC Internal Audit Committee. Nate's goal for the upcoming year is to focus on building strong relationships and increasing transparency among all stakeholders while ensuring the Penn State Greek experience is both safe and enjoyable. As the 2020 IFC President, Nate hopes to bring forth a member-focused approach and serve as a prime advocate for Greek Life and all its members.
Executive Vice President - Ethan Marsh
Chapter Affiliation- Alpha Epsilon Pi
The Executive Vice President works closely with the Chapter Presidents to help manage chapter operations and concentrate on risk management.
Ethan Marsh is a Junior from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and is pursing a degree in Kinesiology. Prior to serving as the Executive Vice President, Ethan served as the president of his chapter. As the Executive Vice President, Ethan plans to improve relationships with all University Stakeholders to ensure the most open and honest lines of communication, as well as redraft IFC bylaws to better suit the needs and structure of the new IFC Executive Board and the Greek community as a whole.
Administrative Vice President - Quinn O'Neill

The Administrative Vice President serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the IFC.
Quinn O'Neill is a Junior from Ambler, Pennsylvania and is pursuing a degree in Finance. Prior to serving as the Administrative Vice President, Quinn served as the Secretary of his chapter. As the AVP, Quinn plans to increase the IFC's financial transparency, reinvest money back into the chapters, and increase professional development and networking opportunities for fraternity members.
VP For Communications - Leonard Fontes III

The Vice President for Communications directs all internal and external communications for the IFC.
Leonard Fontes is a Junior from Sparta, New Jersey and is pursing a degree in Public Relations. Prior to serving as The VP For Communications, Leonard served as the president of his chapter. As the VP For Communications, Leonard plans to improve the current media presence of Penn State fraternities and increase the public awareness of all the positive things that are taking place within our community.
VP For Standards - David McCarthy
Chapter Affiliation - Sigma Phi Epsilon
The Vice President for Standards serves as the judiciary branch of the IFC. They hold all IFC chapters accountable to the organization’s bylaws and standards process.
David McCarthy is a Junior from Hazleton, Pennsylvania and is pursing a degree in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Prior to serving as the VP of Standards, David served as the chapter president of Sigma Phi Epsilon. As the VP of Standards, David plans to promote accountability from the ground up within chapters by assisting in the creation of a standards board in all IFC chapters and by revamping the IFC Conduct/Judiciary Process.
VP For Accreditation - Sandeep Linga

The Vice President for Accreditation serves as the judiciary branch of the IFC. They hold all IFC Chapters accountable to the University Standards for all fraternities.
Sandeep Linga is a Junior from Olney, Maryland and is pursuing a degree in Healthcare Policy Administration. Prior to serving as the VP for Accreditation, Sandeep served as the Director for New Member Education on the IFC. As the VP of Accreditation, Sandeep plans to bring a new level of transparency within the Greek community and help aid individual chapters strive for success with Standards of Excellence.
VP For Civic Responsibility - Zach Estrada
Chapter Affiliation - Chi Phi
The Vice President for Civic Responsibility looks after member wellness by tackling issues of hazing, sexual assault, substance abuse, and mental health.
Zach Estrada is a Junior from Loudoun County, VA pursuing degrees in Criminology and Political Science. Prior to serving as the VP for Health and Safety, Zach served as the Director of Mental Health Awareness for the IFC. As the VP for Health and Safety, Zach hopes to equip chapters with tools and certifications for emergency situations, break the stigma around men's mental health, and expand education programs regarding sexual assault prevention and alcohol/substance abuse.
VP For New Membership - Jack Fiorille
Chapter Affiliation - Theta Delta Chi
The Vice President for New Membership conducts the recruitment process for the IFC. Following recruitment, he then oversees all New Member Education.
Jack Fiorille is a Junior from Rochester, NY pursing a degree in Public Relations. Prior to becoming VP of New Membership, Jack served as the Head Recruitment Chair for his chapter. As the VP of New Membership, Jack plans on continuing to foster a safe and positive environment for recruitment. He also plans on expanding the IFC’s role in New Member Education by continuing to establish a curriculum that focuses on tackling the biggest issues in Greek Life while also inspiring our newest members to make a positive and lasting impact on the Greek community and Penn State alike.
VP For Community Development - John Paulik
Chapter Affiliation - Phi Gamma Delta
The Vice President for Community Development oversees all Philanthropy, Community Service, and Sustainability within the IFC community.
John Paulik is a junior Biology major from Reading, Pennsylvania. Prior to being the VP for Community Development, John served as the president of his chapter. John hopes to build a culture of altruism throughout all chapters, by increasing involvement in local service organizations and philanthropies. John also hopes to increase the knowledge of and participation in sustainable practices to decrease wasteful behaviors in all of our chapters.
VP For Community Relations - Ryan Geroulo
Chapter Affiliation - Alpha Tau Omega
The Vice President for Community Relations acts as the primary liaison between the IFC community and the greater Borough of State College.
Ryan Geroulo is a Junior from Allentown, PA and he is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science. Prior to his role as Vice President of Community Relations, Ryan served as the chapter president of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. As the VP of Community Relations, Ryan plans to improve the current relationship between the Greek community and the state college community by integrating the two groups into one single, united community.
